Your order will be fulfilled next business day and/or current business day. You will receive confirmation via email when your order has shipped with tracking numbers.

RETURNS FOR APPAREL WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT OR ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE
Original form of payment will NOT be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

You will be eligible for store credit if your items are returned within 14days and in unworn, unwashed, & new condition.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Store credit will be issued in the amount of the item’s CURRENT purchase price only.

• All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

• The acceptance of any and all returns are subject to company’s discretion.

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us at luccastylestudio@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. If a replacement item is available, we will reserve it for you until we receive your original item. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund.
